  * Update patches.
  * Update dependency: QT6.
  * Remove /etc/mame/mame.ini, deprecated upstream:
    + Add templates for basic .ini files in /usr/lib/mame
    + Add wrapper: create config in $HOME/.mame if not present
    + Replace /etc/mame/mame.ini with a deprecation notice
    + Update README.Debian
  * Remove gcc-9 build option, too old for the required C++20 standard.
